Platforms to list event and wedding services: what each one charges

Platforms charge in three ways: subscription or membership (planning.wedding, Lugares Para Eventos, Salonify, WeddingPro), pay per contact (Cronoshare) or a commission on bookings (Eventflare). Bodas.com.mx sells placement packages and does not publish prices. Katiblé offers a free profile, charges a plan only to reply to requests, and applies 15% on bookings it originates and 0% when the client is the vendor’s own.

What changed in the market

  • Zankyou in Mexico: zankyou.com.mx redirects to bodas.com.mx. The Knot Worldwide announced its acquisition of Zankyou on February 3, 2023 (excluding the Portugal business).
  • Matrimonio.com.mx: the domain does not resolve (October 22, 2026). Matrimonio.com is The Knot Worldwide’s site in Italy.
  • The Knot and WeddingWire: their terms aim the service at the United States and refer Latin America to Bodas.net.
