A figure that depends on how the charges add up
- Nuevo León. The 410.59 pesos are the literal reading of art. 270 of the Treasury Law (last amended January 2023). We found no official Civil Registry procedure sheet with the amount charged at the counter, which may add other items. Confirm with your registry office.
Sources and review date
- Fee: State Treasury Law, art. 270 (last amended Jan 25, 2023). Requirements: Civil Code, arts. 94-102 and 149 (amended Jan 16, 2026).

Limitations
- What we infer. When we say a requirement "does not appear" in a code or a procedure sheet, that is all it means: it is not in the text we read. It is not a rule that prohibits it.
Fees are updated every year. Before you pay, confirm with your registry office.
