What Verified profile means
Some vendors show the Katiblé badge on their website. If it says Verified profile, the business meets all five requirements on this page today. If it says Find us on Katiblé, the business has an active profile on Katiblé and the badge claims nothing else.
The five requirements

Active account
The business has an active profile on Katiblé and manages it from its own account.

Complete profile
Its profile includes a description of its services, phone, address and the details of its category.

At least three photos
Its profile shows at least three photos.

Exists outside Katiblé
It has a Google listing or its own website. A social media page, a WhatsApp link or a wedding directory does not count.

Replies to requests
A business loses the badge if, in the last 90 days, it receives two or more requests and does not open or answer any of them. A business that has not received requests yet does not lose it.
It cannot be bought
No paid plan, being a founding vendor or placing the badge on a website changes the result. Only the five requirements decide it.
Checked every day
If a business stops meeting a requirement, its badge switches to Find us on Katiblé until it meets it again. Its dashboard shows what is missing.
What the badge does not say
The badge is not a review or a rating, and it does not guarantee availability, price or results. Look at the business profile and request a quote as you would with any other.
Do you run a wedding business?
Your badge is in your dashboard (My profile > Description), with the code to paste it on your website. It is optional and free.
